If you are considering utilizing the services of Doug Gulbrandson and his accociates for your real estate needs. I would like to say that they lived up to what they promised and then some. Doug and Sandra went out of their way to help us sell our home in Boise last spring. They gave us great tips for getting the house ready to sell, as well as keeping the place tip-top while it was on the market. Their strategies obviously worked, because it was sold in two weeks! The real estate market had already slowed to the point that we had prepared ourselves for months of waiting for a buyer.
I can't say enough about how fast and effecient Sandra and Doug worked in getting everything done for us. Even after the sale, they arranged for us to sign papers sooner than we were expecting so that we could move.
